The hotel was amazing, clean, and comfortable with very helpful and welcoming staff. The little kitchen in the room had everything you needed, including washing up liquid. The local liqueurs, especially the passion fruit one, were a highlight of our stay. Highly recommended for a fantastic holiday experience!

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms had a fantastic view of the surrounding hillside and were spacious with convenient kitchen amenities. The location was ideal, close to the center of Funchal but still peaceful in the evenings. The service provided was exceptional, with helpful and polite staff. The dining experience had a good selection, but some improvements could be made. Overall, a great place to stay with some minor drawbacks.
